In 1988 I was in New Orleans for the Republican Convention, which for a TV broadcaster means 5 weeks. My wife came down for a long weekend. We ate a lot.

Then in the early 90s I was there for a full week on business and my wife was a temp so she came down. 7 days and like 10 major resturants, I ate myself sick.
