Ah! The Germans have the answer! While traveling in German, every place we stayed in had two sets of blankets. Okay, two comforters. When making up the bed, they are folded in half width-wise and turned sideways on the bed. No sheets to fuss with and we get our own blankets. My hubby and I get to have different thickness of blankets. It's awesome. Plus, no cold draft down your back where the blanket is pulled tight:)

My hubby doesn't steel my blankets but he puts his part on top of me so I am get hot as heck and wake up sweating to death. I guess it could be worse but that soup, I want it.
