I'm sure you noticed that there hasn't been any Puppet Master posts the last two days, don't worry we will be back to regularly scheduled blogging soon. Right now, we have a little drama going on. Nothing too huge but it is requiring me to be the mediator between a Israel and Pakistan-type problem. Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration. (*and this right here will teach me not to type before 8 in the morning... Israel-Palestine type problem is what I meant to say.) Needless to say, Katie's back here (she's fine) but there's some stuff that needs to be taken care of.
"You vill get pictures insteed of a post."
'Az you can zee in the last picture she is feeling lonely and solitary but yet ahnchored in ze world by the peet. Do you zee how the last pieze of de fruit is steadfastly holdin on to ze pit? Even if ze last piece of ze fruit is eatened, the pit vill remain, a piece vill always remain, damaged, yes, but steeeel of theez earth.'
* Catherine, see this is what I mean by art being subjective! I thought it was just a cool picture but the bad french accent hipster will read something into it.

Great pictures. And bad french accent hipster made me see them all in an entirely new way. Thanks!
Thanks for your help & advice. Your pictures are beautiful!
107 DEGREES?! You need something a hell of lot stronger than tea. I prescribe gin and tonic.
107 degrees?...that is unimaginably hot! And I thought that my 90-and-up weather was on the steamy side!
Oh nice pics...love the accent it really heightened the art.
Zee art, she is magnificent, non?
i'm sorry, did you just write 107 degrees? that's ridiculous! part of me envies you (that's an awfully gorgeous sunset), but most of me is glad to be in ny right now. :)
Beautiful photos and let me mimic the others....107!! Holy cow, that is hot. I would be a puddle on the floor and my hair...oh man how it would frizz, lol. Hoping cooler weather is headed your way.
Great pics. Love the flowers and the bee.
Hope the problems resolve easily.
I love the french chef. Your accent really worked for me.
When I was pregnant in August (many years ago) TOG would inflate our two man (one man, one woman) raft and fill it with about 6 inches of water. Ahhh, bliss! I would lay in it all day, so cool and comfortable. No wonder that child was 3 weeks late!
Love these shots. The chair and weed is my fave. Al the best to Katie, and to ECM who does all the negotiating...
Beautiful pictures.
Poor lonely weed. :)
My favorite picture - the dead weed and chair - your caption is great :)
It does seem thee leetle French heepster is feeling a wee beet lonely - the heat'll do that to a girl :)
Hope everything is OK with Katie.
That's an awesome shot of Nancy looking out. Great photo's Krysta. Are you getting an archive together yet to sell your prints?
The French read something into everything. Let them eat cake.
Hope the drama winds down for you, but it sure makes for a not-so-boring Summer, huh? Your photos are absolutely stellar. Why doesn't my olympus take shots like that? Oh. That's right. I have a little baby olympus stylus.
